• "Order": Refers to an order placed via phone or email by the customer to purchase services or products from Ghost Writers House. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.

It is essential that you carefully read and understand the refund policy to fully comprehend the privileges and limitations governed by the Ghost Writers House Policy. It is your obligation to read these terms and conditions before submitting any order and/or payment to this website.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders.

• If adjustments are required to meet quality standards, such as editing or proofreading, our revision process is available to address any concerns.
• If the final product does not meet the original requirements specified in the order, we will conduct an extensive internal review and either revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.

Revisions are offered as part of our services based on the following:

• Timeline: Revisions can be requested within 5–10 days after the product is marked "Waiting for Customer Approval."
• Process: Customers can request revisions by contacting their assigned project manager via email.
• Ownership: Customers may personally make changes to the delivered content, as it is provided in an editable format and they own the rights to it.

We aim to handle refunds on a case-by-case basis and strive to resolve any issues in favor of the customer.

1. Change of Mind:
   • Change of mind does not qualify for a refund. Once a project has commenced or services have been delivered (either partially or fully), we are unable to offer a refund based on a client's decision to no longer proceed.
2. Incompetent Delivery:
   • If the final product does not meet project requirements, we will offer unlimited revisions. If satisfaction cannot be achieved, a partial refund may be processed.
3. Late Delivery:
   • If delivery is delayed due to company fault after multiple attempts to contact us, refunds may be processed after documentary evidence is reviewed.

Refunds must be claimed within 10 days of first submission or order delivery, provided no revisions have been availed. Claims beyond this period will not be entertained.

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

• Minor technical errors (e.g., grammatical issues, missing references).
• Delays caused by the client.
• Low word count complaints.

• Refunds take 5–15 days to reflect and incur a processing fee of $250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher).
• Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method and confirmed via email.

• Prices and discounts for our services are subject to change without notice.
• The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services (or any part of the content) without notice.
• We shall not be liable for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of services.
